All orders placed by 2 PM PST will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.
Aperel Fashion works on a five business day work week which is Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM PST.
• Prices provided on this website are considered final.
• Your orders should be paid in full before the shipment occurs; failure to pay in full will result to non shipping of your products.
• We guarantee that all your personal and payment information will not be given to any third party vendors or companies.
• Our shipping service is First Class/Priority Mail or if selected Express shipping service depending on your selection of a shipping method the 1-4 business days’ liability is on.
• If order is received on Saturday or Sunday, order will be shipped out Monday or the next business day (excluding holidays)
• All orders shipped in discreet packaging. This is to protect your privacy.
• Wrong address or Zip codes will result in additional fees.
• We don’t deliver to PO BOX ADDRESSES; please provide us your physical address.

Aperel Fashion will try as much as possible to make your shipping and Refund experience worthwhile.
We have found out that waiting for your shipment can be stressful and may cause many questions.
We hope to make this experience effective as possible as we can.


Delivery is subject to warehouse availability.
Out-of-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer.
Please take shipping time into consideration.

Refunds and Returns

When you receive your package, you should examine it closely before opening the factory sealed product packaging to determine that it is what you ordered.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product.
We also accept returns by mail for orders that were shipped directly to you.
The returned product should be returned in the same condition as when you purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip.
Should you change your mind about your order, we will accept return within 7 days after you receive your order.
We would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund in-store on most items you buy online, up to 7 days after your receive your order.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning a defective item, if required by law, or because of an error on our part.
The right of return does not apply to digital content, once the digital content becomes available for download or a digital code has been issued that makes such digital content available for download.
By making a purchase of digital content on the Website you agree that the digital content is available to you for download immediately, and you acknowledge that as a result you waive any statutory rights to cancel or withdrawal your order or return the digital content.
All products (whether defective or non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT: If a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
On purchases made with a credit card, only the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund.
The credit will be made within 7 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.


Products are invoiced in UK device at the price prevailing at the time you place your order.
Prices displayed on the website and in brochures include Value Added Tax where chargeable which will be applied at the current rate.
While we try and ensure all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing online, some products might be subject to slight variations.
If, however, we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.
You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled as we are not obliged to honor such orders or you may contact us below, if facing any problem.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by emailing via Contact us.
However, if we are not able to receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order; your cancellation request may not be effective.
If we are unable to cancel your order before it is shipped, you may request a return authorization in accordance with SHFA standard return policy.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and in pristine condition.
If you don’t receive all of your products at once, you can check that they have been dispatched using our tracking facility detailed in the confirmation email.

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
If the product is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 48 hours via the Contact Us facility on the Customer Services page.
